Here is a list of what I've brewed so far for these two events. I started with lagers to give them plenty of time to age.
Next on my list is a Baltic Porter and then after that I am honestly not sure. That will take me till the end of November so I have some time to choose. I also have a Belgian Quad from May that is aging in a a keg. It tastes good and has a hint of Bret as I intended and that seems to give it a nice cherry note. I am not sure if this will be ready for the Bluebonnet as it is still a little young in the taste. Here is the recipie for the Quad.
